Oregon Beer and Rodeo
Seattle to Bend by Highway 410 and Mount Rainier for a beer festival, then east to camp and through the John Day country to Spray for the rodeo. Fossil and an ABATE motorcycle event came next. Rain showed up on the way home, as it often does.

South through Rainier
The trip began in Seattle and ran south on Highway 410 through Mount Rainier country to Bend. The first stop was a beer festival, then the route turned east for camping.
John Day to Spray
From camp, the ride crossed the John Day country to Spray for the rodeo. It continued to Fossil for the ABATE motorcycle event before the Monday return to Seattle.
Rain on the Last Leg
The return included rain. That is all the archive claims, and it is enough: a long route, a wet finish, and a week built around riding rather than a schedule.
